How effective Is table tennis speed glue?

One of the most important products out of all my table tennis accessories is my speed glue. When I properly apply my speed glue to the reverse side of my rubber, these are the steps I follow:
- First I apply a thin coat of speed glue to the side of the blade that I am going to use.
- Before letting the speed glue dry, I then apply the rubber to the blade, always making sure the rubber is applied completely.
- Using any rolling tool, I then begin pressing the rubber down on a flat surface until the rubber is flat and stretched.
Warm up by playing a few games. You will notice the effectiveness of the speed glue as soon as you hit the first few balls. If you like playing a faster game then the ball will jump off your table tennis paddle much faster. If you are a looper you might find yourself looping balls down at your knees and up over the net.
In the past I have noticed that the number of holes in the table tennis table shoot through the roof especially for all of you table tennis players who like to chop. I will also note that a "pips" player shouldn't see an improvement when practicing the defensive brick wall style.
Table tennis speed glue can be applied many different ways for coutless purposes depending on the nature of the player. Since speed glue sticks so well when needed, remember that there's no good reason to re-glue your rubber because the rubber peels off easy.
Here's a list of table tennis speed glue manufactures:
- Joola Rossi plus
- Tibhar Rapid clean
- JUIC Ecolo effect
- Stiga Carbon speed glue
When trying to improve your table tennis game, start making table tennis speed glue a bigger priority.
