The Ma Lin opponent crushing table tennis serve
Amazing table tennis serve executed by Ma Lin
The addicting game of table tennis is played by hundreds of thousands of people throughout the world today. Some call it ping pong and some call it table tennis. There's one thing for sure though, there's a few table tennis players out there that can execute some of the best table tennis serves that crush their opponents while providing an excellent show for spectators. This blog post is about one of those elite table tennis players that has perfected a powerful uncanny serve, and his name is Ma Lin
Ma Lin is an exceptional table tennis player that's ranked the world's number one table tennis as of August, 2007. Many say that Ma Lin has one of the world's most effective table tennis serves. He started playing table tennis at the age of 6. There are so many notable highlights in the table tennis career of Ma Lin that listing them would need a separate post. His personal best highlights are his participation in the 2004 Athens Olympic Games.
Check out his amazing serve. His backspin serve has unbelievable spin. The serve that Ma Lin is performing in this video would be amazingly difficult to return for the majority of the table tennis community. This video was made before the rules change which brings some to say that this serve is illegal. If I'm correct, you can't hide the ball from your opponent. The ball needs to be above the level of the playing surface and behind the server's end line, and it shall not be hidden from the receiver by the server or his doubles partner and by anything they wear or carry.
What do you think?

He's putting a lot of spin on the ball. My only question is where is his t-shirt?

A table tennis player that's ranked number one in the world doesn't require a shirt.
My only question is when are you going to learn to serve like that?
