Balls of Fury movie website - design a table tennis table
Most table tennis fans already know about the new Table Tennis movie that's about to hit theaters during the Labor day holiday called "Balls of Fury". It's about a down-and-out former professional ping-pong phenom named Randy Daytona. When an FBI Agent named Rodriguez recruits him for a secret mission. Randy is determined to bounce back and recapture his former glory, and to catch his father’s killer who is on the FBI’s most wanted list.
Over at the Balls of Fury movie website there's a very well made application for members to tinker around with. Basically it's a simple design a table tennis table flash application that's really entertaining when you're looking for table tennis related activities to pass the time.
Once you're ready to start designing your table tennis table you have the options of choosing different brush sizes and colors plus you can upload your table tennis photos to place on your table. When you're finished creating your table tennis table you can either print your creation of you can submit the design to their table tennis table design contenst.
Here's a picture of a table tennis table that I created in like 5 minutes over at the website. After uploading a photo of Topshot I just applied a few of the many available sticker options and changed a few of the default sizes. Even after the Balls of Fury movie buzz has vanished a few months from now this design a table tennis table application will continue to entertain table tennis fans around the world.

I love these interactive "games" the movie production companies are coming out with now to get folks involved in their brand.
Balls of fury was a pretty darned funny (silly as can be) movie. I suppose on some level the movie did some good things to help promote the sport and increase awareness.
The create your own table concept was quite creative and fun. Thanks for sharing with us.
